CCUA Mission Statement

To provide leadership, comprehensive training and development program for the umpires of CCUA.

To provide the client leagues of CCUA, namely BVAL, DFAL, DVAL, EBAL, of the North Coast Section of the CIF, and the Youth and Men's Leagues with a unified body of qualified umpires for both regular season and Post-Season Play.
