Bob Lloyd - President Bob is a graduate of Cal-State University - Hayward, and served a tour of duty in Vietnam with the 25th Infantry in 1968. He is a project manager for Melrose Metal Products, Inc. - Fremont specializing in structural steel and industrial sheet metal fabrication. Bob began his officiating in Danville Little League in 1994 has been with CCUA since 1996 and has been a current member of Central Coast Conference and Bay Area Collegiate Umpires since 2001. He has worked NCS games for the last 6 years. Bob officiates High School Basketball for CCBOA. He is married and has a daughter in nursing school and two sons that just graduated from Chico State University.

Phil Coble - Vice President Phil attended Sangamon State University in Springfield, IL. He works as a Registered Respiratory Therapist on staff with the Anesthesia Dept. at the VA Medical Center in Palo Alto. He umpired his first Little League game in 1970 and has worked High School Baseball since 1987. He has been selected for many 2A/3A NCS play-off/championship games – most recently working the 3A final in 2005. Phil has also worked with High School Basketball since 1990. Phil is single with two daughters and three grandchildren.

Jack Townsend - Secretary Jack is a graduate of Lewis and Clark College in Portland, OR. He is currently retired, but was formerly in the Insurance Claims industry 17 years as a Branch Claims Mgr. and Marketing Account Executive. After that he worked in the food service industry in Sales for 22 years. He is the current assignor for CCSUA (Contra Costa Summer Umpires Association) working with Youth, College and Adult leagues. Jack began officiating High School baseball in 1970 and has been part of CCUA since 1973. He has worked many NCS games including 8 finals (most recently 3A in 2005). He has also worked High School Basketball since 1962. Jack is single with one daughter and one granddaughter.

Pete Barnhart - Treasurer Pete is a graduate of the US Merchant Marine Academy. He is a long time sales engineer and branch manager with John Crane Inc, manufacturers of seals for rotating equipment. He began umpiring in 1993 and has been a member of CCUA since 1999. He is also a soccer referee, and has officiated high school soccer for the last 7 years. Pete is married with two children.

Carlos Camacho - Member at Large Carlos is a graduate of Bishop O Dowd High School, and served proudly in the U.S. Navy during the Vietnam War. He is a System Analyst for SBC/AT&T, where he has worked since 1978. Carlos began officiating Little League in 1978, and has been a member of CCUA since 1986. He has worked several NCS games both 2A/3A, and most recently the 2005 3A final. Carlos is married, has two sons and three grandchildren. His passion for umpiring is matched by his love for his family, tailgating, and the Raiders.
